Posizione strategica a Pest a pochi passi a piedi da teatro dell"opera, sinagoga, parchi e zone molto frequentate con locali, ruin e ristoranti. Il resto della città è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che tramite mezzi come metro e autobus. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche le fermate dell'autobus 100E direzione da e per aeroporto. Bella l'atmosfera dell'appartamento che unisce modernità e storia.

Suggerisco un sistema di areazione in bagno.
