Soleo Inn

It was not advertised that there were no aircons in the rooms. It gets hot during the day. For the price I paid, we expected airconditioned rooms. No elevator! Allowed check in an hour earlier but for an additional fee. And though I paid for the complete full amount, they reluctantly gave me a receipt for only a part of the amount I paid, for what they said was the only amount they will get from the booking.

It was comforting and staff was great and been next door to 7/11 it was convenient

The the property is a little bit out of town. It would’ve been better if there was air condition and a fridge because being out of town where there’s no restaurants in that you need a fridge to pull all your stuff in especially when you buy something to eat.

first I booked it here through booking. com but, when I reached this place it was quite far from the city property so, I decided to cancel it. but, later on I decided to take the room again due to late check in already. like I arrived almost nearly midnight. so, I have no option just to stay for a night because I was so tired also from the trip.

I didn't like the noise from the outside due to the dogs barking that's why, I couldn't sleep at all and I didn't like the area because it's a bit far from the city property. and also the host when I arrived is not so friendly but, still accommodates me so, thanks anyway but, the next staff is quite friendly to me so, thanks for that. 🫡 and for the price of the room is not worth it due to far distance to the city property.
