It's close to the airport. The room was clean.

It has no lift. If you are traveling with luggage, it’s truly cumbersome to get to your room. In addition to the room payment, they will require a deposit, which is refundable upon check-out. While this is acceptable, if you are checking out early in the morning, be sure to inform the front desk staff of your check-out time to avoid any inconvenience in retrieving your refund (this happened to us despite informing them of our early check-out time). It was resolved when they transferred the amount online, but if you're a foreigner without that option, it might be more difficult. What I mean is, it's a good idea to have cash on hand and to notify the staff of your check-out time.

Friendly staffs. Walking distance to local markets and Newport where variety of restaurants and cafes can be found.

Location is close to the airport but there is no direct access as anticipated. I book for a room for family of 5 but there is only 2 queen beds available. The neighbors are playing karaoke all night long that impacted our sleep

Very nice staff, located in surroundings where you can eat many places, nice rooms.

Noise can occur during the night. Close streets can feel a little unsafe at night.

"Value for money for transit stays.Most high tech hotel we stayed in Phillipines"

We stayed there for only 1 night as it was near T3 terminal of Manila International Airport and we had to catch a flight the next day. This hotel was the most high tech hotel that we stayed in Phillipines (we stayed in 4 different hotels across 11 nights). Finger print lock/unlock of main hotel door, smart TV with YouTube, fast internet and futuristic high tech toilet seat which you get to see in Japan. Bed were comfortable and the cooling was nice. We had a good sleep. Both the staff during the night and morning shift were helpful and very hospitable.

The area is a bit dodgy, lukewarm shower at best. Deposit to pay cash.
