Spacious room

Arrived after 4 so there was no check in and we weren’t spoken to until check out. Airco is a hole in the wall and makes more noise than a Boeing 747. The hole for the airco is stuffed op with socks. Mold in the bathroom because there is zero ventilation. Ants that crawl on your bed day and night, even without any food in the room. The shower is full of limescale so it barely works. Neighbourhood doesn’t feel safe specially at night, the gate to the property doesn’t even close properly. How this accommodation has a 9.2 is a miracle, maybe if you have zero standards.

I love it! 🥰 I like all in the property, from the place,staff,comfy and safe place. The owner also is super humble and polite no wonder why all the staff in pepayen is just like her. Will be back again here!

Just the wifi no connection due to internet interruption. but its okay because the place is nearby at tower so if your using globe the data there is excellent! 🤗

Mukava majotuspaikka, hyvä sijainti. Hintaan kuuluu myös huonesiivous, mukava työntekijä. Ei tosin kovin homestay-tyyppinen, koska oma huone, ja oma sisäänkäynti, enkä tainnut parin viikon oleskelun aikana kuin kerran törmätä pihalla perheeseen. Sopii siis hyvin myös yksityisyyttä kaipaville. Huone oli tosi hyvä ja siisti, samoin kuin kylpyhuone. Kirjoituspöytä sopi opiskelua tai työskentelyä varten.

The homestay was clean and close to General Luna, with less noise at night compared to other places in General Luna (according to other people's opinions). You also have access to cold, filtered water downstairs. They also allowed me to have a late check-out so the driver could pick me up from the airport.

It's not like your typical homestay where you meet the family, share stories, enjoy a family dinner, or do other activities. It's more like an Airbnb. The showerhead has less pressure, and they don't offer proper blankets; you either turn off the AC or shiver, which makes it less cosy at night. Also, book travel trips directly through the agents nearby, as many are closer and ask for less money compared to the hotel arranging for you, which shouldn't be the case.

The loaction is so nice. The personnel is so friendly.

I have bitten by bed bugs. I initially have doubts but when I did my check up i found out that all those itchy and round bites came from bed bugs. The internet is stable. I suggest to us starlink instead of relying on the provider they have.

Clean and located in a quiet side road, yet very close to almost everything by walk. Cloud9 is also close by by bike or tricycle. Hosts are very kind and helpful with anything.

Preis, Sauberkeit, Gemütlichkeit der Zimmer, top Küche, Trinkwasser & Kaffee, Absolut ruhig! Ich glaube einer der besten Unterkünfte, die ich in den Philippinen hatte.

Ich habe mehrere Nächte in verschiedenen Zimmer hier verbracht. Ich kann alle empfehlen außer das Zimmer für 4 Personen. Das war leider von Schimmel im Bad befallen, das hat man auch direkt beim Hineingehen am Geruch bemerkt. Hier sollte man definitiv etwas machen!

There is so much to love! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It’s also walking distance to the happening part of the city and some nice breakfast spots.
