The staff are very accommodating and super friendly. The place even though it's near the side of the road is quiet. We had to check in early and was charged PHP500 for it which what I was expecting.

Few things but I'm not entirely sure if it will be different had we have a different place to stay but here: (1) The air conditioning is too loud and outdated. We had a hard time trying to relax during the day when we need the comfort of the place the most because of too much heat; (2) The lighting in the room is awful. Who has yellow lights in this age; (3) The bed is super stiff, again had a hard time relaxing during our stay.

Me gusto todo, el hotel estaba muy limpio y hay calidad precio, nos ayudaron en todo tanto para tours como en transporte,el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Muy buena ubicación. Recomendadisimo a todos.

The place is great! Good location. The room is comfortable. The shower is big enough. The place is clean. The staff is amazing, anything you need they will help you.

Está un poco alejado de General Luna (10 min andando nada loco), la habitación fue la mejor en la que estuvimos en Filipinas. Las camas muy cómodas, la limpiaban cada 2/3 días. La chica del alojamiento es un encanto, tiene una cocina para cocina si quieres aunque es pequeñita. Y una sala para rellenar el agua y tomarte un café si quieres. Hablamos con la propietaria y un día nos facilitó el transporte para ir al norte.

Por poner alguna pega en otros sitios de filipinas pudimos reservar los tours en el propio alojamiento y aquí sin embargo no nos dio mucha opción.

They helped us with everything — renting the motorbike, airport transfers, quick responses, and more. The location is fantastic, very close to the port and the main street of General Luna. We had heard that in other hotels around the area, some Spanish friends experienced a lot of humidity, but that wasn’t the case at Pepayen — the air conditioning and the fan was excellent. I also want to thank Hazel and Mel, who were very friendly and helpful.

The only point to be improved maybe is the shower which barely has pressure, but this is not a problem at all.
