Staff was amazing

There was a rat on the bungalow on the roof caving next to ambient lighting, kids got very scared and could not sleep, next morning told the staff they said they only can let the owner aware, nothing else mentioned or said regarding it, every night we could hear them moving around.

We wanted to leave early after finding a cockroach running around in our bed. This was in addition to giant spiders and lizards also in the room, but we could deal with those to start with. When we asked to check out early the management was shifty. They said we could have a refund of our remaining nights in 10 working days through Booking.com. However when we asked for confirmation of this in writing, they backtracked and offered half the value in cash, saying "this or nothing". Overall this was an unpleasant stay in a dirty room with poor facilities and an unclean feel. The pictures on booking.com don't represent how old and unkept the rooms are. Our bathroom ceiling was mouldy and the mirror was broken.

It's an amazing place! Just outside town, 4 mins and 100 peso ride away. Surrounded by trees, each little hut is detached with front and back verandas. A.C. works really well. Bathroom very clean. Beds comfy. GREAT breakfasts brought to your room each morning at a time you decide the night before. Service(drinkable) water freely available. They sell beers in reception. They can organise you transport. They do your washing for a small fee. Go...its a great place!!

Nice place, just out of town nice and quiet, great breakfast, Dennis was FAB, very helpful, scooter's to rent at a good price.

Room could have done with a clean while we were there. Not a problem just a suggestion.

Stairs to secluded bungalows

Location for us was perfect. Yes it is a 15 min walk from the city but it is quieter and you have a green view.

The facility is quite old and would require a lift. The smells in room. Loud AC. Absent reception either limited English.
