Gili Air Santay 2

Good position, near Turtle Beach. The room and the bathroom were big, with air conditioning. Good cleaning.

The free breakfast was so good! Such good value for money and very close to the beach. You can also rent bicycles here which was nice and easy. The staff are lovely and always happy to help.

No kettle in room. Few stains on towels but useable still.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very fast apart from that everything else was great 👍

Nice bungalow not far from the beach, comfi beds, nice and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with my room due to the lack of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. I asked them to clean the bathroom and they didn't, so I had to clean it myself. Honestly, they should be more careful with the hygiene of the place.

That we didn’t stay there in the end.

We arrived to Gili Air having booked two rooms for three people via booking.com. When we arrivef we were told they forgot to check booking.com and had already sold our rooms to someone else. We had to walk around with our bags and find new accomodation on the island evening.
