The location was good but about 10 dogs and a dozen roosters live very close, all day barking and crowing but got used to it. No room service at all, Kitchen was very sparsely furnished, with not even larger plates, only 2 bread and butter plates and a very minimum of cooking gear. The shower adjustment is 8 feet off the ground and you have to be 7 feet tall to make it work you have to stand on a chair to adjust and then it did not work, it was broken and likely still is. The toilet had to be fixed and adjusted to make it work (they would know). They provided a bucket and pale to shower, which was OK. All was OK I came back later for a longer period soon after. The shower is still broken and looks like it has been for a long time. The sheets and the towel was never changed during my latter stay which was much longer. I did them myself at the paid laundry adjacent to the estate's entry. I am an elderly single man from Australia 81 y/o. Mosty all was OK for 3 stars could be better with some maintenance.

Decent place because it's big, but the parking is sucks! It's ok if you don't have a vehicle because there is no parking space.

Location, quietness, wifi and amenities. Staff very friendly.

Water pressure and hand washing leakage needing fixture. Kitchenware improvements.

Location is good and there are enough appliances to make cooking viable.

There is a strong sewage smell. Toilet leaks. The “patio” is almost unusable. The wifi is not very good, although it looks like they did make an effort to fit boosters. You can’t open the curtains without being very visible from the car park. Leaky sinks. Dirty and neglected bathroom

The room was lovely, large bed, lots of space with a seating area and kitchen. Two aircon units which were incredibly quiet. The owner could not have been more helpful. Great location close to restaurants and shops.

The garden space at the rear could be better.
