"Good access to attraction!"

-just one minute walk to and from a halal eatery/restaurant - Near to other places of interest such as the Dapitan City Hall (5 mins), Fantasy land (2 mins), Rizal Historical place (10 mins) and Dakak beach resort (20 mins) -strong wifi signal -cable 24" TV -with water heater for warm shower/bath

No electric water boiler in the room No drawer to keep valuables No electric iron provided

"we back out last minute of our stay lookinh for a place at late night to be more safer than the place I booked."

In fairness the staff are accomodating but the place I feel not safe and old building.

old house is not passable to be a guest house.
