Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

The shower was boiling hot or not heated - no in between.

The staf was very nice and helpful.

The water heater was not working, but the staf offered to heat a kettle, so we could at least flush with warm water :)

Very small room, very basic bathroom

Space in the room to unpack two large rucksacks. There was a table to put our items on, too and a seating area for each room outside as well. A small En-suite bathroom, too.

For one of the nights the neighbours warned us that all the electricity in the room was going to be turned off from 7am for an unknown reason, and it did not turn back on till 2pm. The room, and especially the bathroom, had an unpleasant damp smell for the time we were there. A large hole in the door frame to the bathroom allowed for multiple cockroaches to roam about the floor and become known when we went to the loo. At times the wifi would work in the room, and at other times it would disappear altogether. The bed was comfy and the location is great for easily roaming into El Nido, just a shame about the smell.

The owners were very nice and it is very near the jump-off point of tours, but far enough from the busy, loud streets of town. The room was decent enough for sleep and taking showers.

Wifi didn’t reach the room and the sockets are a bit far away from the beds. Better bring an extension cord
