Reggae Guesthouse

The room was clean, the aircon was great, it was very basic but had everything we needed, including towels.

It was a little difficult to find as there are no signs from the main road and is down a small road so hard to see, particularly at night.

the bungalows were very outdated. there was a lot of flies and slugs in our room which could easily be fixed by filling the gap in the door. the grounds/garden were very overgrown, and very bad drainage during the rain it was all flooded and very muddy. the bar/lobby area was also filthy and very outdated. there was hardly any lighting at night time around the grounds to manoeuvre through the overgrown bushes and trees to get to our room. the WiFi was very poor in our bungalow we could only really get it in the lobby. the electricity went during the night over the island and the hosts weren’t very helpful in setting up their generator until we asked.

The owner was accommodating and if we have problem of the rooms she always there to assist us. Offering the other bungalow to use if we want to use the toilet because where we stay the toilet is block. The location is very good near the airport and the beach walking distance.

The toilet was block don't go down the water quickly. No hot water in other room. No TV inside the room the entrance was a little bit muddy. The path for go in the bungalow is stone is not easy to walk and the bungalow need to be reburnish it is old.

I like my stay at Reggae Guesthouse, the place is very comfy, I feel at home, and it's near to the store, banks, airport, and beach. it is easy to locate the place. I really love to come back to Panglao and stay at your place again. God bless!
