Wir buchen dieses Hotel seit mehreren Jahren aufgrund der für uns guten Lage. Wir wissen zwar, dass man dort nicht allzu viel erwarten kann, aber dieses Jahr wurden wir mehr als enttäuscht We have been booking this hotel for several years because of its good location for us. Although we know that not much can be expected there, we were more than disappointed this year

denn wir hatten in 17 Nächten nicht ein einziges mal warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Und das geht bei den Temperaturen dort gar nicht. Nervig war außerdem, dass der Schlüssel für den Safe nicht auffindbar war, wir also unsere Wertsachen nicht verschließen konnten, zudem hatte das Waschbecken keinen Verschluß, so daß alles, was runter fiel verschwunden war. Auch schloss sich jedesmal wenn man auf dem Klo saß, der Deckel, so daß dieser einem in den Rücken knallte. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind aufgrund mangelnder Dämmung extrem laut. Auch die Klimaanlage ist furchtbar laut. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich....Geschmackssache. Trotz täglicher Beschwerden bezüglich der kalten Dusche wurde keine Lösung gefunden. 1x bekamen wir einen Wasserkocher, damit ich meine Haare waschen konnte, aus diesem lief aber unten eine braune Brühe raus, so daß ich ihn nicht benutzte. Because we didn´t have a single warm shower during 17 nights. And that´s impossible at those temperatures outside. Also, it was annoying that the safe key couldn´t be found, so we couldn´t lock up our valuables. Additionally, the sink had no cover, so everything that went down disappeared. The lid of the toilet seat would smack your back every time you sat on it. The rooms facing the street are extremely loud due the poor isolation. The air conditioning is also terribly loud. The mattresses are very soft....personal taste. Despite daily complaints about the cold shower, no solution was found. Once we received a kettle so that I could wash my hair, but it was leaking a brown broth from the bottom, so I did not use it

The rooms are very old and worn, the bathroom is terrible – no water pressure at all in the shower and the water is cold.
