Frankfurter Deluxe Inn

Waar de naam 'Deluxe' vandaan komt is mij 1 groot raadsel. Kamer is basic (prima), oud/achterstallig onderhoud en een koude douche. Bed is wel comfortabel. Al met al prima voor 1 nacht maar verwacht er niet veel van.

0 isolatie en dus ontzettend gehorig (binnen en buiten) Het zogenoemde balkon is geen balkon. Slechts een Frans balkon waar de airco op staat. Personeel (enkele uitzondering) heeft er niet veel zin in. Ik kreeg de sleutel en moest het verder zelf maar uitzoeken.

Clean and tidy room. Friendly staff, they are helpful. They did fulfill some of my requests to have a kettle in the room. Nice simple breakfast given every morning.

Can't critique too much because of the typhoon that took place. Wifi was cutting off a lot. There is not much hot water in the shower, it feels mild if any. I assumed it was a hotel so I expected bottled water, cultery and some basic supplies like coffee / tea etc. to be provided, which wasn't there. There was no trash bin in the room, there was one in the bathroom.

Estuvo sonando una alarma toda la noche, llamamos a recepción y la respuesta fue que ellos no la escuchaban. No son muy resolutivos en recepción, preguntamos si sabían algo sobre la prohibición de la salida de ferrys por el tifón y no nos ofrecieron llamar ellos mismos a la empresa
