The location was great, but some of the staff is not friendly, the toilet is not clean…the staff from Bulacan is accommodating and helpful to us, not bad for the 2K a night .

The place is good specially the beach

The facility itself is dirty and not recommendable with its price I expected much more clean room. Their family room only had one restroom so it made us harder to handle our time

Beachfront Good was good, but I don’t know about the hygiene/cleanliness in their kitchen where they prepare snd cook the food they serve.

Shared kitchen was very filthy, unhygienic, and I needed to clean the surfaces before I can use it. There was only one good staff who was very helpful, the others have no manners. Hospitality is very poor. Blue lagoon kitchen/dining area was under roof maintenance and we were not even notified. Room, toilet were not clean. there is a big gap between the door and wall, so privacy was compromised.

The room was unpleasant. The main room door was very hard to open and close and the rusted key is hard to use. The toilet and bathroom door is broken. The shower head is broken. Only certain staff are friendly but most of them not happy to help. The restaurant food was yummy but the rice was half cook.

The staffs are accommodating.

Thy offer limited food and the place is not so clean.
