Idyllische Lage mit traumhaft angelegtem Dschungelgarten . Privatsphäre. Bungalows waren fast uneinsichtig zum Nachbarn. Super sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung für den Preis.

Das Übliche- zu harte Matratzen in Thailand 😂

Das ist ein ganz Tolle Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen. Sehr schön angelegt.

Beautiful location and garden. Lovely comfortable beds and clean room/ bathroom. Really nice beach super close by and the staff were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Best stay of Thailand so far for us :)

The Thai wife of the Old German person was very kind and apologetic about her husband and although we shared a polite “good morning” greeting every morning, I felt so sorry for her having to endure the burden of the man that is slowly ruining her business.

I recently stayed at Rock Inn Bailan, a hut-style homestay on the rainforest island of Ko Chang, and my experience was deeply distressing from start to finish. First Impressions The concept of a rustic rainforest hut can be charming if done safely and thoughtfully. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. The hut walls had open-air vents with no mosquito screens, and even the bedroom window screen had gaps large enough for mosquitoes and insects to enter freely. I was eaten alive during the night. There was no air conditioning, only an extremely loud fan that sounded like a boat engine running beside the bed. Between the relentless mosquito bites and the mechanical roar of the fan, sleep was impossible. Basic amenities were also lacking. There was no soap provided in the bathroom for hand washing. For any accommodation, regardless of eco-stance, this is a fundamental hygiene necessity Asking for Basic Essentials… The following morning, I politely asked whether a mosquito net or soap was available, explaining that I had been bitten repeatedly and hadn’t slept due to the noise of the fan. The response was shocking. Instead of assistance, I was scolded like a bullied child. The host launched into what sounded like pre-rehearsed lines delivered with aggression: • “We don’t provide soap because it’s bad for the environment.” • “Go and buy shower gel in the supermarket — it’s cheap.” • “Read our terms and conditions.” • “You can cancel now and pay me.” He then proceeded to pressure and bully me into cancelling my booking and paying a 50% cancellation fee. The Host’s Behaviour Previous booking reviews (which I unfortunately did not have time to read beforehand) describe the host as an old, grumpy German man who makes guests feel uncomfortable. That description is accurate. The social area remained empty during my stay.
