The surrounding area and the hotel grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options and high-quality food.

The housekeeping service was very poor. Our room was not cleaned properly, towels were not replaced, and the bed sheets were never changed during our stay. Even after requesting room cleaning, nothing was done. The staff was generally unresponsive to our concerns. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged and would not drain properly. We reported the issue and asked for it to be fixed, but no action was taken, and we eventually had to clear the drain ourselves.
