Inn Cakmara

Easy to reach, very convenient on our road trip to some more remote Serbian monasteries. Lots of parking. Nice view from the balcony of the restaurant. Good food in very large portions (larger than anything we encountered during our whole trip). No airco, but the rooms are downstairs and don’t have direct sun, so pleasant even during heat wave. Staff was friendly and communication worked well enough. Would stay here again when in the area (there are very few options and this worked well enough).

Decor is dated and bathroom could use a renovation. Everything worked just fine, though. We were the only guests when we were staying there, so cannot comment on noise and smoke (there were plenty of ashtrays in the common area into which our windows opened, so I wonder how bad that can get).

The room was nicely decorated and has everything you need. The resraurant upstairs had good food and the view was nice. We loved the breakfast in the morning

It does exactly what an inn needs to do: provide shelter and food for travellers. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom is outdated. Very friendly staff and excellent food for a reasonable price at the restaurant.

Is was warm in the room. A little ventilator would help already....😀.
