Hotel Čierny Orol

Roznava is small city with plenty of places of interests around, staff is friendly, helpful. The parking is behind the hotel and in separated camera supervised area.

breakfast was lovely, had English brekky but because I didn't want the sausage, they gave me an extra fried egg instead. The little car park at the back of the hotel has gates which are locked at night, with a back door into the hotel.

the hotel restaurant was closed in the evening, I suppose late season & very few guests. But there are 3 lovely restaurants just outside in the main square.

Good central location and helpful staff. We had a room with a desk and fridge.

Room was rather small, with sloping ceiling and a tiny window.

Location is great, right on old town square. Furniture reminded us some palaces from centuries ago. Wolking distance from bus station and a short taxi ride to the train station. Tesco is 5 minutes walk away.

The safe was faulty, unable to use. Internet was without password... no security at all. Electric kettle would be a great improvement.
