Great value at this place. The view is amazing and it's right in the heart of the fun part of Hua Hin. Basic room but it has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Bonus rooftop deck access so you can get sunset as well as sunrise.

My first time in Hua Hin, I reckon i hit the jackpot with this place. I stayed 11 nights. Convenient location with everything you need just outside. Choice of western or Thai on 1st floor. The view, to die for, from the balcony or sitting in bed. In my opinion better than the other side of the Hilton where a lot of walking is involved. Pierview has the best view of the pier, even had fireworks one night!

The view was stunning. The room was bright and clean. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Staff answered our questions promptly. Highly recommend!

Spectacular views. Try to get room 5B as it has 180 degree views from the mountains to the sea to the small Chinese temple. The sunrises are breathtaking and monks do the morning alms ritual under your balcony. Enjoy the refreshing sea breezes on your balcony. Cafes, 7/11s and the markets are all close by. The staff are super responsive to queries. Sustainable toiletries INCLUDING hair conditioner, which is rare in my experience.

No extractor fan in the bathroom. Water is given in smallish plastic bottles with no refill option.

I just reviewed this place but booked an extension so earn a second shot at it. The place is popular even in low season. I'd happily book here every time I come to Hua Hin if the price is reasonable. There are probably more elaborate or cheaper rooms for rent, but the position of this one is simply unbeatable. My comment on breakfast below probably applies to this room. A great location adds an intangible worth to the place.

For me, all that was lacking was somewhere close by offering a decent breakfast, with real bacon and sausages, and 2 toasts, butter and jam, along with a decent coffee. Most days I'd walk to 7/11 for a cappuccino and toastie. But for a decent breakfast, there's a bit of a hike to find something genuinely tasty. If you're going to spend good money on a simple meal, quality usually justifies a higher price.

I really like this place. The room is one of 5 on the fifth floor of the building, and these rooms comprise the hotel. It's more like a serviced airbnb in that there is no lobby and you're largely on your own. If you are locked out on your balcony, as happened to me on the first night, the lack of personnel can be a problem. However the lack of staff makes the room seem more your own. There is an on site cleaner during much of the day who does a great job. But the highlight of this room is the sea and pier view, watching the lightning at night and the sunrise in the morning. The large thick glass windows and door give an uninterrupted view of sand and sea below. From Friday to Sunday night, the pier is alive with stalls with tables and chairs set up at the end, and many people come down to enjoy cheap food and drinks. The sea breeze takes a couple of degrees off the temperature. The area is quiet at night.

The bathroom is big and the hot water is professionally installed, and its very effective. The shower tiles and floor could probably benefit from some extra attention, but everything in the bathroom functions well. There's a rustic charm to the unit which would be spoilt by too much added luxury or decor. I would like a whatsapp or LINE contact for the owners rather than just a telephone number.
