Dont be put off by the various in-house signs and that, the rooms are on the 11th floor. The location is truly wonderful, and so are the staff. Easy and closeby access to the Formosa Boulevard MRT station; including handy to a station elevator. Night Food Market 40 meters from the hotel. Clear communication by Whats App for my after midnight check-in. Exceptional help with my luggage. Mr Mich - front office manager -went over and above on that one. He researched, confirmed and then accompanied me to the nearby 7/11 store. There, I used the 7/11 intercity carrier service and sent onwards, one mid size suitcase to a Taipei Hotel that I'd check into in a few days time. Freeing up only luggage needed for my travel along the East Coast.

The bathroom shower would feel safer a little safer with provision of an inexpensive rubber suction mat for the shower-room floor.

Hotel was in contact before our stay giving us a video of walking directions to the hotel from Formosa station via whatsapp.. We were greeted by the most beautiful and friendliest staff member who gave us a run down of the hotel, maps of the area and cold drinks. Our room was simple but spotlessly clean. Hotels location is perfect, night market right outside and 2 minutes walk to Formosa station. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Kaoshiung.

The hotel is just a short walk from Formosa MRT Station, making it very convenient to get around the city. From there, you can easily access both the Red Line and the Orange Line. The owner is extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you may need, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is located right where the night market begins each evening, so you have plenty of delicious food options just steps away and can enjoy a wonderful stroll through the lively market stalls every night.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.
