"Cheap hotel in central Toufen, only stay if bedget is main concern."

Location was central and near my travel destination. Price was acceptable for service provided, and lights are on 24hrs in the surrounding area so you feel safe returning at early hours in the morning.

The building was old and not well maintained. The room had cigarette smell, lacked a mini fridge, the bedding (while clean) was old and tattered, and the bed was quite hard. Also the 4-person room only provided one key.
