We stayed in Room 3 It was HUGE Massive very comfortable bed , plus a very large living area We had two windows, one overlooking the river Ribble , which was right outside. The food was very good also. Pendle Hill not far away for amazing walks with stunning views.

Sometimes it was very difficult to find an area , just to sit down in the bar area for a drink only. But it was a bank holiday weekend. A very busy pub.
