Breakfast selection was nice, but got dull after 3 days. Room facilities are super kid friendly especially with the bottle steamer, child toilet seat, stool for child to wash hands at basin, hot water and drinking water tap provided.

Very clean room with plenty of toys for my kid to play and the facilities all very clean. Very kid friendly hotel with steriliser dryer and baby bath tub provided

The hot water not functioning well

Many essential items are provided, like toothpastes and toothbrushes for kids, which you don't usually get in hotels.

When we went inside the registration counter, there was a huge playground and some chairs to sit on but no one was inside. We sat on the chairs and a few moments later there was a lady who appeared. She claimed to be the boss's mother and was very friendly to us. She said that we could put our luggages in the playground room while we waited for the boss to come in. So we did, and then decided to go outside for a walk. When we came back, our luggages were not inside the playground, but instead they were beside the lift. We then saw the boss beside the registration counter and went in. She said that we had to wait another hour until the hotel room is ready. There was a playground, so one of my children decided to go there and play, but the boss said we had to pay money to play inside. So we sat on the chairs again. Since we were inside and did not pay, the boss asked us to sit outside of the playground room to wait. I understand that their boss on level 2 and level 4 (our hotel room) is different, so we cannot play inside. But the purpose of me booking this hotel is to let my kids enjoy and have fun playing. This could have been better if there was better organisation and communication between customers.

Very good location, with very nice theme rooms for the kids. Good amenities for the kids as well. My kids loved it and didn't want to check out.

The lift door timing/sensor should be adjusted. Closes too quickly, so be extra careful with kids.
