The location for us. En route to Polperro from Essex Bed & Breakfast included. Great price. Views were amazing 11 o’clock departure time perfect not too early.

The location is absolutely great and the pub/hotel is very good. The staff were excellent and the food was good.

One slight disappointment was the lack of a choice of fruits and cereals at breakfast.
