Good location in from of the sea side. Easy walk to the beach. The terrace in the room was beautiful as well as the high ceilings. Personnel was very polite and spoke english.

Breakfast options could be a bit more varied and labeled (for vegans/vegetarians).

Not far from Kenting night market which is fun! Literally a stone's throw from the beach. I forgot some stuff after checkout, staff contacted me and managed to quickly send it to our next hotel. Awesome. Not to extensive, but a nice breakfast included.

Beach has a lot of waterscooter activity, can be dangerous when swimming a little further out. Also quite noisy.

I love the staff here, they are kind attentive and can speak some English. The food at the restaurant is good. I love breakfast there. Is a Taiwanese style buffet so foreigners need to adjust and accustom to this style. The beds are very comfortable. Close to the beach and a seven eleven. Nice parks and gree areas all around the hotel.

It is very noisy. You can hear the children shouting and people shouting through walls, people shout in the halls and it's impossible to rest. All day and all night it's very noisy. There's some mold near the tub so that should be fixed.

The location is great and the bed are comfortable. The room is spacious. The breakfast is great but some children are sneezing a shouting loudly at the restaurant. Lack of manners everywhere.

The walls are very thing and there's constant noise from children shouting and running in the rooms. The kids are really bothersome and we had to request a room change. We've we changed rooms there are kids shouting and running loudly in the halls and in the rooms. The walls and windows vibrate and there's no manners from the guests. They should put all the people with children in one building so they don't bother the couples and people who need to rest. There's smell of smoking in many rooms.

The location is very nice, close to the beach with real sand. Also enough parking space. Also the location is easy to reach by car. The room itself is large enough and the balcony gives a nice view at the beach.

The bathroom was not clean. Also there was a bad smell and the tiles of the shower haven't had a clean in ages. The information on Booking.com says the hotel accepts creditcard. It does not and you have to pay cash. Staff doesn't speak English and Google translate is the only way to communicate. Bread of the breakfast was stale and a knife to butter the bread was not to be found. Wifi is terrible! Only a good signal at the room door. Inside the bedroom loss of the signal.

The beach across the resort is wonderful and great place to swim. nice atmosphere in the resort and nice breakfast. very helpful staff. nice place to access the national parks in Kenting.

Close to beach. Easy parking. Quiet area.

Not very clean, shabby. Staff not very helpful. Front desk on arrival suggested I cancel my reservation (free cancellation time had already passed) and that would save me $20/day. Then she would rebook me directly herself with the hotel. It seemed she was basically trying to not pay the fee she probably owes to Booking.com and, as an incentive, was going to pass some of that onto me. It felt dishonest and I was worried that I would end up paying twice, so I didn’t do it. We left a day early because of it. Disappointing all around and I would not advise people to stay here. Lacking many standard things, like handsoap, etc.
