"Rotten Hotel, avoid under all circumstances! I got a room change, but didn't improve much."

Staff tries to help under the given circumstances. See below.

Cigarette smoke and smoke "neutralizer" stench in every room. The rooms are damp with visible mold on walls and ceiling. Smelly and stained bed linen. Beds are too short for average Europeans. All in all a rotten place.
