"民宿老闆非常熱心友善有耐心，對於提出的問題都能詳細的回答，非常推薦此住宿。"

距離海安路、國華街徒步都相當便利，非常適合喜歡吃台南小吃的遊客。

因為是老屋翻新的民宿，沒有電梯，剛好有帶較大行李，上下樓比較不方便，還好此次同行者都還身強體壯。如有電梯需求的旅客，需多加考量。

住宿位置便利，停車方便，房間有零食小餅乾，冰箱還有飲料跟冰淇淋可以自行取用，電視有MOD的電影可以觀賞，提前提供自助入住教學影片，有任何問題都即時得到答覆

洗手台的熱水熱很快、有提供可愛的嬰兒澡盆，還有提供多頭充電器及插頭轉換器

洗澡時前面水溫還很熱，到後面溫度幾乎偏溫涼了

"CP值爆表的一間民宿"

地點超級便利，要逛街、買東西或吃東西都很方便，尤其店家配合的停車位是本次住宿最最最大的亮點，對於自駕來的客人真的是一大福音，不然光找停車位，有很大機率就會想打退堂鼓了。 採自助登記住房跟退房，對於I人來說，是一大福音。 房間空間很大，床躺起來也很舒服，冷氣冷的也快，有小桌子可以邊吃東西、邊看電視，很貼心。 冰箱有提供飲品跟冰品，非常棒。

隔音不是很好，住宿時，門外開電子鎖的聲音還蠻大聲的(老婆指出，本人因為睡死，沒啥感覺XD) 廁所櫃子內部有些地方有灰塵，蠻明顯的那種，可能打掃部分可以多留意點
