wonderful breakfasts, live entertainment one morning (not a usual occurrence but delightful interlude). Location was very quiet - loved being out in the countryside. Host very friendly and engaging with guests.

Too small a room and bathroom

This was a very fortunate find. Great hostess. Great atmosphere. The chef, staff, and food at the attached restaurant were all extraordinary.

Away from it all, but very close to Bay of Fundy and restaurant downstairs is excellent! Great breakfast and dinner too!

This is our third year coming back to Edelweiss. We love it so much. The coziness, the quiet, the food!! Barbara has very high standards and it is reflected in the attention to detail throughout the property. You have to have a meal at the restaurant! The food is to die for. The chef does a fantastic job putting plates together. And ask him for his recommendations for a meal! You will not be disappointed.

That we only stayed one night!! More than one night is required to explore the property and surrounding area.

The staff were amazing. Even kept the kitchen open for us. Outstanding food and service. Sat outside until very late.

Couldn’t stay longer

The breakfast was absolutely spectacular and we could not have asked for better service! They thought of everything that anyone would like to have for breakfast. The inn was secluded and quiet. The owner was very obliging and friendly. Our every need was anticipated and if we had questions, she was available to answer them promptly.

We found the bed a little too firm for us and we found it a bit on the warm and humid side since the rooms did not have air conditioning. Our friends would have liked to have had a tv in their room, but they did have wifi.
