Loved our stay at Charlotte Bay. Late check in was a breeze staff communicated late instructions perfectly. The Location was great . Out door facilities the room was spacious, clean well stocked and very comfortable. Great for our family only wish we could of stayed longer. Will definitely book here again.

Staff were pleasant and great. Grounds clean and kept up.

Furniture in living room broke, water pressure horrible, tv in bedroom fuzzy, and just outdated. Bay blocked off so we couldn't walk there but no fault of facility. It is due to last hurricane.
