Marina Street Inn

Dan and his wife were super kind and accommodating when we had to check in late. The morning basket of goodies was very sweet. The room was extremely clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The big, colorful towels in the bathroom were super! It was nice having morning coffee on the patio next to our room.

We had the rose room. It's quite busy and noisy with cars zooming by. I suggest ear plugs. You can also hear people upstairs and outside the room, which takes some getting used to. I would have liked to have a mini fridge, but we made due. The room didn't have an iron, but I'm sure if we asked, we could borrow one.

Quaint small hotel in a great location. Room was a good size with a couple of arm chairs in so had it rained we would have been comfortable staying in the room.

The bed was awful and you felt like you had to cling on to the side or you would roll into the middle. A shame as the room was lovely otherwise. Anyone with OCD or dust allergies might want to avoid as the reception room has more clutter than a car boot sale including Christmas and Easter decorations at the same time! Owner didn't require if we enjoyed our stay or look for any feedback during or after our stay.

The room was cozy, pretty and comfortable. Loved having a basket of continental breakfast items. The gardens were well maintained and I loved being able to walk to the Embarcadero to shop or eat. Also, being able to walk to the Rock was nice too.

Hmmmm, a small trashcan in the room would be nice. There is only one in the bathroom.

Fire pit in the evening was great. and great company!!

We stayed here for the decor of place and very friendly host.
