"IT was a great location but the actual experience was a little lacking."

The breakfast was ok - the scones really had little flavor and making coffee in the bathroom was not ideal.

Breakfast - a more appealing shower and patio.

It’s just a house on the street corner. Good pictures posted, not anything close to what one expects in a Boutiquue hotel or a nice B&B

The inn and our room were charming, the innkeeper very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was very nice. Although our room faced a road with a decent amount of traffic, it was very quiet. The location was good, only two blocks from the Embarcadero.

It was chilly in the morning as the heat was not working but that was no one’s fault.
