The Castle House Estate

The room was great. The sauna was a nice touch. The scenery was great and above all the rapid pace of communication and attentiveness from the owners/staff was eceptional. Problems were solved quickly.

On my first night i arrived late and stayed in one of the tents which was very cold so it wasn't the best start to my stay, however, i was able to upgrade the next morning extremely quickly to a room with heating. The shower the next morning went out because of water issues on the street (against their control) but was again solved very quickly and i managed to have a shower before leaving for my flght. Entrance to and from the venue when as a pleased plus food order deliveries made life easier also.

Easy access, clean and very friendly environment.

The smell inside yurt was a little over powering.

The tents are much smaller than depicted. No way they’re 20m^2. Yurt implies a tall tent but this was regular height. The material is not insulated so the tent is freezing cold inside. The bathroom facility is on the other side of the property and is essentially a glorified porter potty with poor hygiene when we were there.

Location was beautiful, and the room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed what the property had to offer.

Beautiful setting, the beds and the tent were nice. It was good to be able to charge our phones. I liked the stove in the tent. Liked the fire pit.

The sauna and grand room were off limits. The shared toilet didn't always flush very well. I didn't know that a cowboy pool is so tiny and cold, but maybe that's on me. A little coffee somewhere would be great... for the price. The electric light didn't work, though a chargeable battery-operated one was provided.

Everything was great
