Very reasonable and always clean. Close to places we visit while in Lufkin. My husband enjoys eating breakfast at the Mexican food restaurant next door.

There were some loud cars and voices outside about 10:00 PM one night we were there, but, fortunately, it didn’t last long. May have been in the Mexican food Restaurant parking lot.
