Nice staff

You can hear everything that is going on in every room because of the bamboo walls. I could hear the people above us yawning!!!! It sounded like people were going to the bathroom in our room.

Close to the beach and easy access to snorkelling , very friendly helpful staff . Great atmosphere and music , beautiful building : bedrooms shared lounge room, bar, and restaurant area , very funky !

The location is magnificent. A few feet away from the shore. In daytime you can gaze at the small boats lying in the bay, and in the evening you fall asleep with the sound of waves.

The walls are paper thin and I can tell you our neighbours must have overheard my painful toilet sessions while I was overcoming Bali belly (to be clear: not from the food at topi inn, I had it when I arrived in Padang Bai). A second nuisance was the horn of the ships passing by. I don't really understand why you would have to sound them for over 10 seconds. But earplugs fixed that issue for me and I actually had a good night's rest

The staff very helpful they helping us to upgrade to family room on the spot even our reservation is 2 rooms double bed We just need to paid a little bit more money to upgrade to the family room The facility in family room is much better and the property location is so wonderful since it is really facing the beach... Stayed in topi inn give us good experience overall but there always some space for improvement

The toilets is really limited only 1 shared toilets for 3 rooms They are totals 3 toilets in the property 1 shared toilets for 3 rooms 1 private toilets for standard rooms w/ private toilet And 1 more toilet for family room Which we need to go down using a small stairs to access the toilets The toilets not a big one with shower inside the toilets but don't expect hot water in the shower since it's only normal water flow from the shower but no worries since the fresh water not so cold and it's fresh water (sometimes in beach area the water is salty) Actually there is more toilets downstairs but it is for public use since the property have restaurant and also offer beach activity program so it's really busy during daytime And the things that we didn't like is there are no Air Cond /AC in the property only old fan but luckily the fan is active and when we stayed the wind is quite strong from the beach so we didn't feel too hot when we sleep

Beautiful hotel in front of the sea with a jungle vibe, absolutely charming !! Super quiet and peaceful

Nice and simple accomodation, the price is cheap but therefore it is only a fan-cooled room Already stayed there several Times and it near the blue lagoon, so you can even walk there and don't need an boat to Bring you to the snorkeling Location

Big bed. At least a vent, but AC would be better. Big shared bathroom.

Blankets had some stains. It´s really warm in the rooms and at 4am its really noisy bc of the pp working at the harbour. Better insonorization.

Location is good.

There was a loud karaoke till late night in the same facility. The walls were made of bamboo so it was like I was there. I didn't payed attention but there was not AC (only fan).
