Beautifully clean and very tastefully decorated. Well appointed bedrooms with good en-suite and fabulous shower and toiletries. Guest lounge is a warm homely place to spend some relaxing with a drink or two. Dining area is very pleasant, clean and comfortable.

The whole ambience of the inn made it a very comfortable place to spend time. The staff team were clearly looked after therefore happy and equipped to look after guests and make them feel at home. The chef was very skilled at consistently producing excellent non fussy but very clean tasty flavoursome meals using quality local produce which definitely added. The seating in the dining area was well spaced giving guests their privavcey but still creating a cozy and interactive feel. There were places to sit in the day o have tea, a drink or just relax.

Superb location with some excellent local walks. Everything looked newly updated and very clean. Evening meal was superb. Staff very friendly.

Flashing LED on smoke alarm was annoying at night!

Nothing other than perhaps the provision of a fan as room quite warm in this September heat, even with window open.

The hotel is in a lovely little village in a quiet location. It has been recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. It is comfortable and stylish
