Snappers Key Largo

We really enjoyed our stay at Snappers in Key Largo. The rooms have a wonderful location — they are situated above the restaurant, on the second floor, with beautiful views of the water. In the evening there is live music in the restaurant below, which creates a great atmosphere, and the starry sky at night is absolutely stunning. The room itself is simple, not small and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, the interior is cozy, and the room feels bright and pleasant. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again.

Unique location and environment. Enjoyed the live music and the staff was great.

Bed frame shape had us running our feet and shins into it regularly and though it smelt clean, whatever product was used was overwhelming and we struggled to get some fresh air in the room, which was sorely needed to offset the smell.

Lovely spot on the water.

The door handle fell off as soon as we entered the room. The bed sheets and pillows were awful. Polyester.

Great location, and good restaurant.

Poorly trained staff given the key to the wrong room, my wife walked in to someone on the toilet! Room tired and worn and dirty, bar staff not attentive.

Beautiful location, gorgeous rooms, and the food was lovely. Nice and relaxing, love music in the evenings. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

I do however think they should of been more transparent about happy hour, we were told the times BUT we were not told it only included a few beers and a few wines luckily we asked, we were also not told that it depends where you sit, on the second night we sat at a table about 5ft from the previous night's table only to be told when presented with the bill that happy hour wasn't available at that table!! They need to be more transparent with people about what is included and where you have to sit if that is the case, not happy at all with that situation.
