"I was here with coworkers, and it was a perfect place to stay. I would stay here again."

No breakfast, but the location was perfect. It had a bar instead of a "breakfast". Very cozy.

"Great Stay - Repeat Customer"

A nice lady who works the downstairs bar helped us. This is a self-lock property, so you’re responsible for getting yourself in and out. I liked the four-poster bed. It has a B&B feel without there being a chatty B&B lady who forces you to socialize. Much better than the Holiday Inn Express. Beware that the front gate locks by itself, so you need to keep it open as you put the keys in the mailbox when you check out.

The property could use renovation, as some of the wallpaper and fixtures are getting a little old. The price is a little steep for Augusta, but it’s the only decent place in the neighborhood. That said, everything was nice and clean.

Very secure. Very clean. Beautiful historical house. Very fun night of music in the basement bar. Very nice people running everything!
