"Lovely Place"

Loved the proprietor. Excellent staff. Friendly folks. Parking hassle-free. The most comfortable bed! Old establishment so expect to hear "ghostly" sounds now & again. Fun!

Construction on the streets but not right next to the rooms.

The room was lovely and well appointed and the bed was comfortable

The owner was not very welcoming; she was so aloof I thought we had done something wrong although we arrived at appointed time and followed the signs to the back. As others have said, I thought this was a bed-and-breakfast, but it was a bed and bar. No free breakfast no drinks; just some snacks in the room . The noise at night was overwhelming, between the music, the traffic outside, the trains and the dogs barking.
