Ojai Rancho Inn

The Ojai Rancho Inn is stylish, comfortable, not fancy, but at the same time well curated. Sitting on the porch, relaxing by the pool, grabbing a drink at the bar, popping into the sauna, taking a dip in the hot tub - just all around a relaxing chill experience. We took the bikes on the bike path into town had some delicious food and drink. All of that was very lovely as well. It’s a remodeled roadhouse Inn so if you’re looking for a luxury experience, this is not it. (Porch and main windows face parking lot). I prefer places with character anyway so this was perfect.

We were recommended this inn by some Ojai local friends. It was artistic, serene and tranquil and the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The grounds are immaculate, the pool and pool bar are a gem with grass and trees with hammocks next to the poolside and calming music playing. The room was calm, quiet, and clean with attention to every detail. There’s a wonderful walking/biking trail behind the inn that you can take to get into town in 10 minutes walking. We can’t wait to return. Convenient location.

Great location walking distance to downtown and a bike ride away from everything from the connected bike path. Nice pool area and rooms are clean and compact. We loved they each have a front patio. Only downsides I experienced were loud people noise from the poolside bar on both Thursday and Friday nights. Lesson learned to always travel with earplugs, other than that it was a fun place to stay downtown.

We love this property and the whole vibe. Sitting poolside sipping a drink basking in the sun. We love Chief’s Peak bar for a nightcap, swinging in the hammock under the shade of a tree, delicious coffee in the morning, 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I had a truly amazing experience at the Ojai Rancho Inn. Upon driving in you see a rustic but charming motel. Once you walk in your room you are greeted by a well curated, well equipped room (comfy bed, A/C, hot tub etc). Exploring the inn further you will find a really cool little bar called the Chiefs Peak next to the swimming pool. All the staff were super friendly and lovely. Ojai town is within walking distance so the Inn is well located. This place is a true gem and I would happily stay again.

The property is unique with comfortable rooms and the pool is a good size for a short swim. Overall ok place. Good for a staycation

I like the rooms a a lot. I disliked all of the noise and the view to the parking lot. great staff, great bar and pool. Loved the tub.

It was very noisy and difficult to get the room to a nice temp. Not crazy about he front porch parking lot.
