Crosswinds Inn

The property was located right outside the entrance to Yellowstone within walking distance to all restaurants and shopping in West Yellowstone.

We had a first floor room and we could hear everything happening on the floor above us. Not much of a big deal but the building is older so the walls and floors don’t provide much noise insulation.

Mattresses were alittle soft. Old. Staff was very friendly. Very accommodating.

Shower handle was very difficult to pull on and off. Seemed handle had been broken but it was very difficult to pull on and off.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy, the bed was a little firm, the pillows were too soft to provide any support for my neck, but otherwise everything was comfortable. The rooms were mostly clean other than a couple spots where a vacuum missed some things from previous guests. The pool was warm and fun for the kids, the hot tub was nice and hot but the jets weren’t very strong, however it still felt nice on tired muscles. Parking was convenient to whichever side of the building your room is on. And it was just a couple easy turns to get to the gates of Yellowstone. All in all, it was a good stay and we would stay here again.

Bed was firm, pillows too soft, hot tub jets didn’t have much pressure, vacuum missed spots in the room.

Location was great. Close to park entrance and souvenir shopping. Breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was phenomenal! Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Pool was nice too. Service was fantastic!

TV didn’t work in one room and traffic outside was a little loud.
