Hawksbill House - (Adults Only)

It is beautifully decorated and the continental breakfast was delicious. The ease of entering our room due to the code provided by the owner made it very easy.

My only suggestion would be to have a more comfortable bed in The Blue Ridge room. It was too firm for my liking.

I felt just at home. The host was so helpful and responsive. Everything was comfortable and clean. It was easy to find.

As an old house, the hot water cut out when someone else started using it, but that’s to be expected in an old house.

We were able to walk to the restaurant and cinema from Hawksbill house. Very convenient!

Walking distance to downtown, Quiet neighborhood. House was quiet and comfortable. Easy entry access and quick response from owner. Nice variety for breakfast.

Needs dusting on heating unit and on floors by the wall.

Communication prior was excellent. Was able to let myself in independently. Bed was super comfortable. Lovely home. Breakfast had many varieties and was a bonus.

Breakfast was lovely. Many choices were available. No restrictions on timing. Codes for the house and room were given early and directions were easy to follow. Easy access to town, just steps to Main Street. Nice recommendation for dinner special. Town is great, friendly, walkable with a visitor’s center and a great staff. Very happy to recommend this inn and the town.
