Location, friendly staff & the quaintness of the hotel

The pillows were large & a little hard for 3 of us.

The staff is great and the location is perfect to get to most of downtown easily. We were in room 3 right above the Spirit Room bar and although it is loud (as they want you about), it wasn’t bothersome for me as it may be to others. The music and noise from the bar died down around 10-11 PM every night and wasn’t an issue for me. The hotel even provides you earplugs in the room just in case. This hotel has a great staff and this location felt like it went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cozy.

I loved the location and how friendly the staff were.

My husband cleaned the shower head so we could get better water flow. Otherwise, things were really clean. The lack of an elevator is a bit rough when hauling luggage, but we understand it's a very old building.

Historically beautiful

Room had food try’s in closet hair in bathroom floor and very dusty
