There was free wi-fi and a mini fridge, as well as provided hand and body soap and an easy check-in and check-out process.

For a time, the Wi-Fi strength was good, full bars, but would hardly load anything at all. At some point, it restarted and it was significantly better after. I should’ve asked someone about it, but I didn’t and it resolved itself. The walls may be thinner than you think! I could hear the next person over snoring pretty clearly. It is generally temperate and pleasant in the bay, so I can’t fault them for this at all, but it’s worth noting for those with frigid tastes: there is no AC, only a heater.

There was no breakfast - but there were a couple of great restaurants nearby that you could walk to. The location is excellent if you need to be in Carmel Valley. Good wi-fi and internet. The bed was comfortable.

The lighting is poor. There's just one overhead light in the living room/kitchen. The bedroom was okay with reading lamps by both sides of the bed.

There is no substitute for personal service. The owners of this charming motel were totally responsive when we had an issue with a neighboring guest and handled the situation with care. While these noisy guests made for a difficult evening, the owners took the problem seriously and dealt with it. The room was very comfortable, the location was perfect, the owners were helpful, and the second night was totally peaceful and quiet.

Only mirror was in the bathroom. Made it difficult to dress.

This is a lovely place to spend a few days in Carmel valley Village. It is near to restaurants and shops

We liked that though the rooms were old , they were very clean. Location was super close to a lot of restaurants and stuff to do.

I called the facility several times prior to our arrival and no one answered or called me back. It was noisy at nite past 9pm. Also everything is old for the price.
