Bassa Villa

The history behind the building is worth looking into. And it’s perfectly situated on the river. The room we stayed in had a lovely wooden beams and you could tell they told a story.

Great location. Lovely black and white building. Room was lovely and cosy. Will stay again when we're in Bridgnorth. Staff really friendly.

Uncomfortable bed.. headroom low.. .low door..resulting in my husband badly hitting his head.. very steep and small stairs .

Cracking pub and staff, stopped over for a friends retirement, room was great but stairs are killer after a few Guinness 🤣🤣

Location. Right by the lovely river & the bridge, close to the funicular railway (yes, I had to look the spelling up..!). 'Ye olde' feel to it (oak beams, higgledy piggledy interior.). Didn’t sample their pub’s food or drinks as went to wedding/ate elsewhere. Helpful staff. Kettle etc in room. Generally a nice feel to it.

Noise carries between rooms/floors. Shower sliding door fell off a bit, but was fixed when mentioned. Bit of noise from outside from people walking past the place who have had a ‘liquid evening’. Parking not good, but any hotel in Bridgnorth would be the same I’d think. I lucked in and found one of the 6 spaces in the nearby pay & display carpark. Defo worth researching parking before you go there.

Great location near the river and lovely quirky pub and lovely clean place and add bonus they do food downstairs which responsible priced

Only bad issue was no shower gel kind stuff in shower to use like some places have
