"I found a cockroach in the bathroom"

The property was secure and safe. Lots of parking.

It was advertised as a double room not a twin room. When i queried it they told me if i wanted a double bed room would be an additional charge. I couldn't cancel my booking and stay anywhere else. It was done through booking.com
