"The place is nice and clean, the lady at reception was patient and friendly with us"

The Lady at reception was patient and friendly with us even though we arrived after check in time, the place is extremely clean

Though it's nice and clean, its very small for 2 beds, toilet and shower. It is very suffocating for that price

"Basic, neat room which was good value for money for an overnight stay."

The walls between the room are only 115mm so very easy to hear neighbours on their phone calls or TV. Water pipes when showering also very noisy.

They had parking for our vehicle and our caravan right next to our room. It is also situated near the N3.

There was a lot of dustbin rubbish on the corner outside the property which had been dumped there by someone else which didn’t create a very good impression when we arrived.
