The money was deducted from my account for a confirmed booking, but when I arrived at the hotel, no one answered the door, and my phone calls and emails went unanswered. I left without being able to get into the hotel. The next day, no one even called me or replied to my email. Thank you to Booking.com for their understanding and for refunding my money.

Все дуже добре. Зручне розташування за містом, є парковка. Всім зайшла сауна з теплим великим басейном, особливо дітям. Кухню на жаль всю не спробували, так як вечеряли в місті, але сніданки були дуже смачні. Сам ресторан красивий, атмосферний з доволі великим меню. І дуже зручне ліжко, я давно так не висипався. Персонал дуже привітний.

Якась нехороша, яка жила в нашому номері раніше, курила чи сигарети, чи айкос у ванній, і тому доволі сильно воняло. Витяжка більш менше вирішувала це питання.
