(1)斜對面有停車場，有遮雨棚。 (2)有浴缸。 (3)有附洗手乳，且味道好聞舒服。 (4)有免治馬桶。 (5)附近走路3-5分鐘有超商、鹽酥雞、飲料，但商家不多。

(1)平日2880，訂購有早餐的，卻根本沒附早餐，原本會給早餐店餐券$100/人，但配合的早餐店沒營業就會退你$100/人，叫你早餐自己想辦法處理，也根本沒有提早通知，也沒有其他選擇，只能被迫接受。(注意這是常態發生) (2)櫃台及服務人員非24小時。 (3)窗簾無法拉密合，陽光會透進來。 (4)乾濕分離會積水，無法有效排水，也導致外面濕掉。 (5)廁所為透明玻璃，使用窗簾隔開視線，但窗簾旁邊都有很大的縫隙，從臥房內可以看進去廁所，缺乏隱私。 (6)洗手台超小。 (7)洗澡區地板水垢，蓮蓬頭出水孔很髒。
