Mountain Face inn

An absolute gem on the top of the hill , away from the city noise and busy life. The View is spectacular ,offering breath-taking sunrise every morning, and starry sky at night . Peaceful and quiet, yet close to the town and all the attractions of Ella (reachable by tuktuk). Basic grocery stores and restaurants are walking distance Besides the views, hosts Chamil and Clifford are highlight of this place! very kind and helpful. food is exceptional Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the food so much that we ended up having dinners there every evening and did not even go out.

They were accommodating and very nice people, breakfast are good with the ambiance.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Mountain Face Inn in Ella. The hospitality was exceptional—warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the delicious homemade breakfast served every morning. The location is great too—just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away from Ella’s main attractions. I highly recommend Mountain Face Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Ella. I’d definitely love to come back!
