WC ja suihkutilassa ei ollut pesuainetta. Henkarit olivat huonoja ja niitä oli liian vähän.

Yleiset tilat siistejä ja yhteiskeittiössä tarvittavat välineet ateriointia varten. Myös huoneissa siistiä.

Lämmityskauden alettua, patterit olivat melko kuumana. Yöllä tuli kova hiki. Toisaalta tämä parempi kuin, että olisi kylmä. Suihkutilaan laitettu saippuateline, mutta se oli tyhjänä. Tokihan omillakin pesuaineilla saa pestyä, koska ne ovat aina mukana. Asiakkaalle voi jäädä mielikuva, että saippuatelineiden ollessa seinässä, pesuaineet kuuluvat huoneen vuokran hintaan. Yleisen tilan televisio ei toiminut.

Oleskelutilan TV:stä ei saatu kanavia näkyviin,mutta eihän me sinne TV:n takia mentykään.
